Export-Ready Personnel

Globeclic was called upon to train staff in one of France’s leading Energy Management companies, Véolia Environnement better deal with international partners and customers. The training was carried out over several months to progressively master the handling of worldwide strategic partnerships. A heavy emphasis was of course made on verbal communication through English, but also highlighting the common pitfalls to avoid when dealing with foreign customers from a home market.
